One of the exciting things about belonging to a church such as Highbury is the opportunity everyone who belongs has to help shape the life of the church.
What we do as a church is down to each one of us individually and all of us together.
That’s why every other month all who belong to Highbury are invited to the Church Meeting. It isn’t simply a business meeting where votes are taken.
It is a time for us to share in prayer, listen to each other and then seek the mind of Christ regarding where we go and what we do as a  Church family.
Our Annual Meeting is on Thursday 5th March and we would very much like to see as many people as possible there.  Please bring this copy of Highbury News with you.

Not only shall we elect Deacons to our leadership team and hear reports of an exciting year in the history of our church, but we shall also share in plans for the future life of our church as well.

So, if you have been before, come again. And if you have never been to a Church Meeting come along for the first time and share in our planning.

Let’s remember our Annual Meeting, the life of the church and its future in our prayers as we meet together once again.
